Stories that reflect our actions
Read more: Stories that reflect our actions

Second unit of Slovak lesson was dedicated to stories, specifically fables, that reflect and may have efect on human interaction. With students, we were analizing and discovering fabels, researching about famous fable authors, reading fables – not only popular ones but also unknown ones.

In fables we tried to look for moral message and similarities in human life. The main goal was to find out if fables can teach us how to interact better with each other and help us how to react in certain situations. Student’s final task was to write a fable by themselves including illustrations.

After fables were writen by students we host an author reading for other primary students.

I must say, I was very impressed by students’ work this school year. They didn’t write only one fable but eleven!

Grab your coffee and enjoy reading … 🙂
